Description
Steel round bar 300 mm 20 (C22E / 1.1151) is a hot-rolled metal product with a cylindrical shape. The standard length is 6.05 m. The weight of one linear meter is 554.6 kg, and one ton corresponds to 1.8 m. The cross-sectional diameter is 300 mm.
It is manufactured in accordance with DSTU 4738:2007 ( ≈ EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE) using the hot-rolling method from 20 (C22E / 1.1151) high-quality structural carbon steel. The material is well-suited for forging and welding processes.
In mechanical engineering, this steel is used as a blank for various machine components, including gears, shafts, pushers, and axles. It serves as a raw material for the production of valves, pipelines, as well as seamless and spiral-seam pipes.
