Description
Steel round bar 32 mm 60SiCr7 / 1.7108 is a solid, round section bar made of high-quality spring steel grade 60SiCr7 / 1.7108. It is produced at rolling mills by hot deformation from solid ingots and slabs. Production complies with EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE. It is available in lengths of 2–6 meters. One meter weighs 6.3 kg, and a ton measures 158.5 meters. The cross-sectional diameter is 32 mm.
This product is often used as a blank for springs, thrust washers, brake belts, friction discs, gears, flanges, bearing housings, clamping and feed collets, and other parts requiring increased wear resistance and operating without shock loads.
