Description
Open die round steel forging 190 mm grade C45E / 1.1191 is a solid, round-section forged bar made of high-quality structural carbon steel.
The nominal cross-sectional diameter is 190 mm. The weight of one running meter is 222.5 kg, with approximately 4.5 m of bar per metric ton. The product is supplied in lengths ranging from 2 m to 6 m.
It is manufactured by open die forging or hot stamping in accordance with EN 10250 with 2.2 certificate. This production method ensures high strength, excellent ductility, and a dense internal structure free of voids.
These forgings are widely used for manufacturing heavy-duty machinery components, including levers, connecting rods, crankshafts, industrial fasteners, gears, pipe blanks, as well as support and work rolls.
