Round Steel Forging 540 mm 18HGT / 18XGT

We offer for sale the Forged Steel Round Bar with a diameter of 540 mm, manufactured in accordance with DSTU 9182:2022, DSTU 7806:2015 ( ≈ EN 10250-1 cert. 2.2). The product is supplied in random lengths ranging from 2000 to 6000 mm. This round forging is a dense metallurgical semi-finished product produced by hot forging, which guarantees homogeneity of the internal metal structure and the absence of hidden internal defects.

The manufacturing utilizes case-hardening chromium-manganese-titanium steel grade (18HGT / 18XGT), which is ideally suited for operating under high speeds and heavy shock loads, providing an ultra-hard surface while maintaining a tough core. Such a forged round steel bar is optimal for heavy mechanical engineering and the energy sector. The significant size of 540 mm allows the metal to be successfully used for the production of crusher shafts, turbine rotors, massive backup rolls, and crankshafts for powerful diesel generators.

The rolled metal is available for shipment from our regional metal service centers in Warsaw, Lodz, Krakow, Poznan, Sofia, Varna, and Plovdiv. Sales are available in batches starting from one ton, as well as retail purchases. Precise band saw cutting to your dimensions is available.
