Description
Crane rail KR120 is a profiled rolled product designed to evenly distribute loads along its entire length.
It has a height and sole width of 170 mm, a head width of 120 mm, and a standard length of 12.5 m. One running meter weighs 113.5 kg, meaning one ton of rolled metal equals 8.8 m.
It is manufactured through hot-rolling solid and hot-rolled blooms on section mills, using specialized K63 (≈ R260) rail steel. Production adheres to DSTU 2484-94 / GOST 4121-96 (≈ DIN 536, A120).
The KR-120 rail is ideal for railway construction, facilitating the safe and efficient movement of overhead and conventional cranes with lifting capacities from 10 to 50 tons. Typical applications include construction sites, freight yards, and ports.
