100 mm Hot-rolled Hexagon Steel Bar EN 10061

Steel Hexagon Bar 100 mm is a solid hot-rolled steel product with six equal sides. The diameter is 100 mm. A running meter weighs 68.1 kg, with 14.71 meters of rolled product per ton. It is supplied from the warehouse in 2–6 m lengths.

It is produced on rolling mills using the hot deformation method in accordance with DSTU 4737:2007 ( ≈ EN 10061 cert. 3.1). The production material is a heated cylindrical billet made of structural carbon steel grades St3, 20, 35, 45, 40X (S235JR, C22E, C35E, C45E, 41Cr4).

This rolled metal product is used to manufacture parts and assemblies in heavy engineering, machine tool building, mining, measuring instruments, medical and cosmetic equipment, food processing machinery, and decorative metal elements in architecture and design.
