50 mm Hot-rolled Hexagon Steel Bar EN 10061

Steel Hexagon Bar 50 mm is a type of hot-rolled steel with a hexagonal cross-section. The diameter is 50 mm. A running meter weighs 17 kg. There are 58.82 meters of rolled steel in a ton. It is available from the warehouse in lengths of 2–6 meters.

It is produced in accordance with DSTU 4737:2007 ( ≈ EN 10061 cert. 3.1) by hot-rolling, passing the billet through a group of successive rollers. The material is high-quality structural steel St3, 20, 35, 45, 40X (S235JR, C22E, C35E, C45E, 41Cr4).

The main application is the manufacture of fasteners. Various bolts, studs, and nuts for standard wrenches are made from hexagonal steel.
