Steel loose flange DN63 PN10 is a pipe fitting for ensuring reliable pipe connections under pressure and temperature fluctuations. It features a ring-shaped cross-section with a smaller diameter of 63 mm and a nominal pressure of PN10 bars. The flange is manufactured in accordance with GOST 12820-80 and EN1092-1 standards. Forging, stamping, or plasma-arc cutting is employed to shape and size the product from a structural carbon steel grade 20 (C20 / S235JRG2) billet.

The loose flange (flange for bushings) is designed for mounting polyethylene pipes with a flange connection. The sleeve (bushing) is welded to the pipe end and tightened with loose flanges. This connection type also allows for connecting other valve types to the stop pipe.
