1220x8 mm HR line / structural SAW pipe (LDP) P235GH

Welded pipe 1220x8 is an electric-welded pipe with a wall thickness of 8 mm and a diameter of 1220 mm. It is manufactured DSTU 8944 ( ≈ EN 10217-5 +3.1 NWW, UWW ). The production process involves electric welding of a bent steel sheet (straight-seam) or wound steel strips (spiral-seam) on a specialized machine. The pipe is made from P235GH / S235JRH / S355J2H (St3ps, 17G1SU), chosen for their excellent weldability.

The pipes are available in sections of 10-12 m or random lengths. One meter of pipe weighs 239.12 kg, with approximately 4.18 meters per ton.

These pipes are commonly used for various applications, including supports, foundation bases, sewage systems, and water, oil, and gas pipelines at the district or city level. They are suitable for systems operating at average pressures and temperatures.
