Description

Seamless pipe 57x12 mm P235TR1 is a thick-walled hot-rolled steel product with a ring-shaped cross-section. It has an outer diameter of 57 mm and a wall thickness of 12 mm. A running meter weighs 13.3 kg, with 75.08 meters per ton. The product length ranges from 4 to 12 meters.

The hot-rolled pipe is manufactured through multi-stage rolling of hot billets made from unalloyed structural steel grade P235TR1 on rolling mills. Production adheres to EN 10216 / EN 10210 3.1 + CE standards.

This seamless pipe is widely used in the oil and gas industry, particularly in drilling rigs as main lines for raw material flow, and in gas-lifting and injection mechanisms within cracking device pipelines. It also finds applications in mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, housing and utilities, and sewage construction.
