245x40 High-Pressure Boiler Tube 14MoV6-3

Boiler pipe 245x40 steel 14MoV6-3 is a high-pressure seamless steel pipe manufactured according to EN 10216-2 from steel billets (non-deformed continuously cast, turned, rolled, forged, or peeled). It is produced in lengths from 3 m to 12 m. The diameter of the product is 245 mm, and the wall thickness is 40 mm. The weight of one meter is 202.22 kg, with approximately 4.96 meters per ton. The pipes are produced by hot or cold deformation from carbon heat-resistant low-alloy steel 14MoV6-3.

These boiler tubes are used in the production of parts and forgings for steam boilers, gas turbine cylinders, and pipelines operating with ultra-high temperatures and pressures. The maximum allowable operating temperature is 580°C.
