25x3 High-Pressure Boiler Tube 14MoV6-3

Seamless high-pressure boiler pipes 25x3 are manufactured according to EN 10216-2 from 14MoV6-3 carbon heat-resistant low-alloy steel billet (turned, rolled, forged, or undeformed continuously cast) using cold / hot rolling. The rolled diameter is 25 mm with a wall thickness of 3 mm. One meter of pipe weighs 1.63 kg, meaning one ton contains approximately 613.50 meters. Pipes are shipped in segments of 3 to 12 meters in length.

These boiler pipes are primarily used in the production of parts for steam boilers and gas turbine cylinders. They are also suitable for pipelines operating under ultra-high temperatures and pressures, up to a maximum operating temperature of 580°C.

UTMK offers seamless steel boiler pipes according to EN 10216-2 in batches from one ton.
