28x4 High-Pressure Boiler Tube 14MoV6-3

The boiler pipe 28x4 steel 14MoV6-3 is a seamless high-pressure (HPV) steel pipe. The product has a diameter of 28 mm and a wall thickness of 4 mm. One meter of the boiler pipe weighs 2.37 kg, and one ton contains 421.94 m of rolled product. The pipes are manufactured from carbon heat-resistant low-alloy steel grade 14MoV6-3.

These boiler tubes are produced according to EN 10216-2 from undeformed continuously cast, rolled, forged, turned, or peeled blanks using hot, warm, or cold deformation. They are available in lengths from 3 m to 12 m.

These pipes are used in the construction of high-pressure pipelines and as a material for producing forgings and parts for steam boilers and other systems and installations operating at temperatures up to 580 °C and under high pressure.
