Description
Cold-formed steel angle 120x100x8 is an unequal-sided bent profile with an L-shaped cross-section. Its parameters are as follows: width 1 – 120 mm, width 2 – 100 mm, and thickness – 8 mm. It is supplied in sections of 2–12 m in length.
The product is manufactured according to DSTU 2255-93 ( acc. EN 10162 cert. 2.2 ) by cold bending of St3 / 09G2S (S235JR / S355JR) steel sheet.
This profile is used in construction for reinforcing concrete and creating slabs. Due to its relatively low weight, the load on the foundation is significantly reduced. The bent profile is also utilized in other sectors, such as bridge construction, railcar production, column and roof manufacturing, and the automotive industry.
