Description
The 55x65x40x3 zeta profile is an unequal-leg cold-formed steel section with a Z-shaped cross-section. Its technical parameters are as follows: height - 55 mm, width 1 - 65 mm, width 2 - 40 mm, and thickness - 3 mm. The product is available from stock in lengths ranging from 2 to 12 m.
It is manufactured in accordance with DSTU 8854:2019 ( acc. EN 10162 cert. 2.2) standards through the cold-bending of steel sheets. This profile is designed for structural elements subject to bending in two planes. It is widely used for creating frames, trusses, wall systems, and roof structures, providing the necessary structural strength and stability. Z-sections are also utilized in railcar manufacturing for the production of center sill beams for freight wagons.
