Hot-rolled seamless galvanized steel tube 127x5 is a high-performance circular hollow section featuring complete structural integrity without welds, protected by a dense zinc coating against oxidation. Manufactured through hot deformation of premium solid steel billets, it has an outer diameter of 127 mm and a wall thickness of 5.0 mm. Standard lengths range from 4 to 12.5 meters. One meter of this pipe weighs approximately 15.04 kg, which means a single metric ton contains about 66.49 meters.

Dimensions fully align with the European size grid (per EN 10216-1). For structural applications, steel grade 20 serves as a functional analogue to grade S235JRH as defined in EN 10210.

The seamless manufacturing process eliminates weak points along the profile, ensuring reliable containment under operational pressure.
