Description
Hot-rolled seamless galvanized steel tube 57x5 is a heavy-walled, small-diameter circular section treated with a protective anti-corrosive zinc layer. Fabricated through hot deformation of premium solid steel billets, it has an outer diameter of 57 mm and an extra-thick wall of 5.0 mm. Length of supplied segments is 4 to 12.5 meters. One meter weighs 6.41 kg, providing about 156.01 meters per metric ton.
Dimensions fully align with the European size grid (per EN 10216-1). For structural applications, steel grade 20 serves as a functional analogue to grade S235JRH as defined in EN 10210.
The thickened wall paired with a compact small section delivers exceptional resistance to rupture forces and physical impacts. This profile is ideal for high-pressure hydraulic fluid lines, steam coil systems, and high-load mechanical components or bushes processed through lathe machining.
