Description
Steel round bar 170 mm S355J2 / 1.0577 is a solid bar made of structural low-alloy steel grade S355J2 / 1.0577. It is produced at rolling mills by hot deformation from solid ingots and slabs. Quality is regulated by EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE. It is supplied in 2-6 m lengths. The weight of one meter is 178.2 kg, with 5.61 meters per ton. The cross-sectional diameter is 170 mm.
This round bar is used in the production of pipes and pipeline fittings. Its resistance to sub-zero temperatures and frost makes it suitable for use in harsh northern environments. It is also used to manufacture components and parts for welded metal structures.
