Description
Steel round bar 170 mm C22E / 1.1151 is a metal bar with a circular cross-section. The product is manufactured in accordance with EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE. The standard length is 5.5 m, and the diameter is 170 mm. One linear meter of the bar weighs 178.2 kg, with approximately 5.61 m per metric ton.
It is produced by hot rolling a preheated billet on rolling mills using C22E / 1.1151, a high-quality structural carbon steel.
This rolled product is widely used in construction as a base for welded metal structures and supports, and in mechanical engineering as a blank for components subject to high friction, such as gears, stops, push rods, shafts, and axles. It is also used to manufacture spare parts for agricultural machinery.
