Steel round bar 180 mm 66Mn4 / 1.1231 is a solid, round-section bar made of high-quality spring steel grade 66Mn4 / 1.1231. It is produced at rolling mills via hot deformation from solid ingots and slabs, in accordance with the EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE standard. The product is available in 2-6 meter lengths, with a weight of 200 kg per meter, equating to 5 meters per ton. The cross-sectional diameter is 180 mm.
This product serves as a blank for various applications, including springs, thrust washers, brake belts, friction discs, gears, flanges, bearing housings, clamping and feed collets, and other components requiring enhanced wear resistance under non-impact loads.
