Description
Steel round bar 300 mm 35XM is a solid bar made of 35XM (34CrMo4 / 1.7220) structural low-alloy steel with a circular cross-section and a diameter of 300 mm. A running meter weighs 554.88 kg, with 1.8 m of rolled product per ton. It is available from stock in lengths of 2-6 meters.
Steel round bar is produced by hot rolling a billet. The production standard is DSTU 4738:2007 ( ≈ EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE). This steel grade features increased heat resistance and excellent weldability.
It is used in the production of turbine components, flanges, rolls, and fasteners designed for operation at high temperatures of up to 500 °C. It also serves as a blank for seamless pipes, valves, gears, and motor brake bands.
