Steel Channel 6.5P (type UPE) is a hot rolled steel profile with a U-shaped cross-section 65 mm high and 36 mm wide. The type is equal-shelf with parallel shelf faces. A running meter weighs 5.9 kg. There are 169.49 meters of rolled products in a ton. It is available from the warehouse in 12.05 m lengths.

It is made of ordinary quality carbon steel grade St3ps (S235 / S275JR+AR) in accordance with DSTU 3436 ( ≈ EN 10025-2 cert. 3.1 + CE). The channel is used in civil, industrial, and private residential construction. It can be used to make a variety of metal structures required for the construction of a garage, summer cottage, country house, overpass for car repairs, and fence posts. The shape of this rolled steel is convenient for enclosed wiring of high-voltage cables, gas and water pipes, and other communications.
