Description
Hot-finished seamless galvanized steel pipe 108x5 features a weld-free round profile protected by a zinc layer. It is fabricated through hot deformation from solid billets. It has an outer diameter of 108 mm and a wall thickness of 5.0 mm, supplied in lengths of 4 to 12.5 meters. One meter of this pipe weighs 12.70 kg, providing approximately 78.74 meters per ton.
Dimensions fully align with the European size grid (per EN 10216-1). For structural applications, steel grade 20 serves as a functional analogue to grade S235JRH as defined in EN 10210.
The complete absence of seams eliminates the possibility of leaks under load, while the zinc coating guards against corrosive wear. This medium size is suitable for local community heating networks, irrigation layouts in farming, and lightweight supporting steel frames.
