Steel round bar 240 mm 20 (C22E / 1.1151) is a hot-rolled steel section with a circular cross-section. The diameter of the section is 240 mm. It is produced on hot rolling mills by repeatedly passing ingots of high-quality structural carbon steel 20 (C22E / 1.1151) through rotating rollers.

The rolled products are manufactured in accordance with DSTU 4738:2007 ( ≈ EN 10060 cert. 3.1 + CE). The standard length is 4.65 m. One linear meter weighs 355.1 kg, and one ton corresponds to 2.8 m. The steel rod is durable, easily machined on manual and automatic lathes and milling machines, and readily weldable using various methods.

It is in high demand in construction for reinforcing foundations and manufacturing reinforced concrete products, such as floor slabs. It is also used as a blank for pipeline components in heating and water supply systems, petrochemical plants, and diesel fuel pipelines. Additionally, it serves as a base for manufacturing lightly loaded parts in mechanical engineering.
